This page explains what happens to your information when you contact Wellness Connect: Mind Body Health (registration 2025/849301/07), in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What this website collects

Nothing. There is no form, no account and no advertising cookie. The WhatsApp and email buttons only open a message on your own phone or computer, which you choose whether to send.

What you send us

If you message or email us, we keep your name, contact details and what you asked about so we can reply and arrange your booking. We never sell it or share it for marketing.

Health information

Health information, such as screening results, is special personal information under POPIA. It is collected only for your screening or treatment, kept confidential and shared only with your consent or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@wellnessconnectme.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
